These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Smokza mobile application ("Smokza" or the "App"), published by BBXLabs ("we", "us", "our") on the Apple App Store. By downloading or using Smokza, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the App.
01What Smokza is — and what it is not
Smokza is a personal cigarette tracking and awareness tool. It helps you log cigarettes, monitor spending, view statistics, and build awareness of your smoking habits.
Smokza is not a medical device, medical software, or a smoking cessation program. It does not:
- provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment;
- prescribe, recommend, or endorse any method for quitting smoking;
- supply, sell, or facilitate the purchase of any product;
- replace the guidance of a licensed healthcare professional.
Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for advice about smoking, health, and quitting. Smokza is a tracking tool, not a health solution.
02License to use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BBXLabs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Smokza for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
03Your responsibilities
- You agree to use Smokza only for lawful purposes.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
- You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the App or any part of it.
- You agree not to enter data on behalf of another person without their consent.
04Purchases and subscriptions
Smokza Premium is available through the following plans. All purchases are processed by Apple's StoreKit and App Store billing.
Auto-renewable subscriptions

Prices shown in USD. Actual price in your local currency is displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
One-time purchase
- Lifetime Access — a single payment of $24.99 (local price shown at checkout) unlocks all current Premium features permanently, with no recurring charge.
Subscription terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Refunds are governed by Apple's App Store refund policies.
- We may change pricing at any time; any price change takes effect only at the next renewal after notice to you.
- Premium features are active only while an active subscription or Lifetime purchase is associated with your Apple ID.

05Your data
You retain ownership of any data you enter into Smokza. The App stores your data locally on your device. BBXLabs does not have access to your data unless you explicitly share it with us (for example, by emailing an export to support). See the Smokza Privacy Policy for details.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Smokza in a way that could harm BBXLabs, its users, or third parties;
- attempt to access, alter, or damage systems, accounts, or data that do not belong to you;
- remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App;
- use the App in combination with any unauthorized third-party service.
07Intellectual property
Smokza, its design, branding, code, and content are owned by BBXLabs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Smokza" and the Smokza logo are trademarks of BBXLabs. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the BBXLabs or Smokza trademarks except as required to identify the App.
08Disclaimer of warranties
Smokza is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or accurate.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBXLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, health, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of Smokza, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You use the App at your own risk.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BBXLabs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of Smokza or your violation of these Terms.
11Changes to the App and these Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue Smokza or any feature at any time, without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which BBXLabs is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
13Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14Third-party services
Smokza may integrate with platform services such as Apple StoreKit, Apple Widgets, Apple iCloud (for optional backup), Google AdMob (in the free version), and Firebase (for anonymous crash reporting and analytics). Use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. BBXLabs is not responsible for the practices of those third-party services.
