These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Steddy mobile application ("Steddy" or the "App"), published by BBXLabs ("we", "us", "our") on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading or using Steddy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the App.
01What Steddy is — and what it is not
Steddy is a personal supplement tracking and organization tool. It helps you log your daily supplements, manage your stack, set reminders, and review your adherence over time. Steddy also supports family profiles, allowing you to track supplements for multiple family members within the same app.
Steddy is not a medical device, medical software, or a source of medical advice. It does not:
- provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment;
- prescribe, recommend, or endorse any supplement, dose, timing, or combination;
- supply, sell, or facilitate the purchase of any supplement or product;
- replace the guidance of a licensed healthcare professional.
Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any supplement regimen. Use Steddy only to log supplements that have been recommended to or legally obtained by you.
02License to use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BBXLabs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Steddy for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
03Your responsibilities
- You agree to use Steddy only for lawful purposes.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
- You agree to use Steddy only to log supplements recommended to or legally obtained by you.
- You agree not to use Steddy to plan, document, or facilitate any unlawful activity.
- You agree not to enter data on behalf of another person (including family members) without their consent.
- You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the App or any part of it.
04Purchases and subscriptions
- Steddy offers in-app purchases, including monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Purchases are processed and billed by Apple's App Store (via StoreKit) on iOS or Google Play (via Google Play Billing) on Android, with RevenueCat as our subscription management provider. Apple's or Google's own terms apply to the transaction.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, via your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or Google Play subscription settings (Android).
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings (iOS) or Google Play subscription settings (Android) after purchase.
- Refunds are governed by Apple's App Store refund policies (iOS) or Google Play refund policies (Android).
- We may change pricing at any time. Any price change takes effect only at the next renewal and after notice to you.
- Premium features are unlocked only while an active subscription or lifetime purchase is associated with your Apple ID.
05Free and Premium features
Steddy is free to download and use. The free plan includes:
- Up to 10 active supplements in your stack
- Daily dose tracking with take, skip, and undo
- Streak tracking and daily adherence summary
- Supplement reminders (default times)
- 7-day adherence insights
- Supplement education library
Steddy Premium unlocks:
- Unlimited supplements in your stack
- Family profiles — track supplements for multiple family members
- Home screen and Lock Screen widgets
- Extended insights beyond 7 days (month and year views)
- Custom reminder times
- Data export (CSV)
- Ad-free experience
- Priority support
06Your data
You retain ownership of any data you enter into Steddy. The App stores your data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework (iOS) or Room database (Android). BBXLabs does not have access to your data unless you explicitly share it with us (for example, by emailing an export to support). See the Steddy Privacy Policy for details.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Steddy in a way that could harm BBXLabs, its users, or third parties;
- attempt to access, alter, or damage systems, accounts, or data that do not belong to you;
- remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App;
- use the App in combination with any unauthorized third-party service that claims to provide dosing or medical guidance.
08Intellectual property
Steddy, its design, branding, code, and content are owned by BBXLabs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Steddy" and the Steddy logo are trademarks of BBXLabs. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the BBXLabs or Steddy trademarks except as required to identify the App.
09Disclaimer of warranties
Steddy is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or accurate, or that it will meet your medical or health needs.
10No medical relationship
Use of Steddy does not create any doctor-patient, provider-patient, or other healthcare relationship between you and BBXLabs. BBXLabs is a software company, not a healthcare provider.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBXLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, health, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of Steddy, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You use the App at your own risk.
12Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BBXLabs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of Steddy, your violation of these Terms, or your use of any supplement logged in the App.
13Changes to the App and these Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue Steddy or any feature at any time, without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which BBXLabs is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
15Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
